I been to Pentagon City before. I like the location. The mall is connected to the hotel. I can leave out the back entrance of the hotel and be right in the mall. The blue line train station is right in front of the building. The beds were comfortable. I got treated well. I was impressed with the mini bar in the hotel room. I was impress with the marble design of the bathroom. I was blown away with the snacks such as candy chips peanuts just to name a few. Finally there was beer wine liquor and champagne in the refrigerator as well as soda and juice.

We ordered room service for breakfast every morning, and were disappointed when every single day the order was incomplete for one reason or another. Something was always missing. It is my belief that the requirement that in-room dining riders be placed through Guest Services and relayed to Room Service is the cause. So

The location of the hotel was fantastic because it is next door to the Fashion Center Mall and across the street from CVS and other stores. So, if you've forgotten something, no worries because you can walk to the store or to the mall to purchase whatever you need.
